I was about to say the same thing. They're really annoying, and there's too many of them. There has been complaints on the issue, especially when they're believed to be scams.

A commercial we have here in Northern Scotland. (Yeah it's an STV Grampian exclusive) called Thistle Windows. There are these singing Thistles (Don't ask) going Thistle Windows Aberdeen 706 Triple 5 in a loop
