But the answer would have had to come from somebody whose imagination and reasoning were essentially unlimited and who did not have a lot of emotional baggage and preconceived notions which prohibited them from using it.

The answer, of course, was "Neither".

It should have been pointed out that the original premise was flawed. Instead, some chose to attack the poster instead of stating that fact.

In some areas of the united states it's illegal for a man and a woman to have sex while in certain positions...

So, if two guys have sex in a certain place and in a certain way then they are breaking the law...

Weather or not sex position laws are stupid or not, it's still a law and whoever is breaking the law are criminals...

Note: There is scant evidence of the "missionary position only" in Washington DC law still being on the books.

There is, however, untold numbers of citations of it as an Urban Legend on the Web.

That being said, it could be that a recent US president could be convicted of a sex crime in the District based on a close reading of the laws.

Nothing to do with their sexuality but the person as an individual.

If we're talking about simply because they are gay they are sick and or criminals, then no, I don't agree with that one bit. However, as CumberCookieCrumble said, when it has nothing to do with their sexuality, but as a person in general, then yes they can be sick and/or a criminal.

As has been pointed out before in the thread. Under Sharia, they are criminals, and in places, it is a capital crime. Under other civil administrations, including the Social Democrats, they could be hospitalized for 'treatment', or shot, depending on circumstance.

Well neither you, me or anyone else here are "under sharia" (I assume) so why does it matter?

I feel sorry for homosexuals that live in that part of the world though. Must but a stressful existence.

To think it natural for one man to openly desire to perform sexual acts on another man must be some sort of deep seated sickness.

Laws are laws,
In England we have legalized gay marriage. My friend got married a few weeks ago. Calling a person who loves someone who is the same sex a criminal or sick (I'm guess you mean sick in the head) is pathetic in my view.
Can;t help who you fall in love with.
