Let's assume internet is gone for whatever the reason may be and you can only play offline games. Are you prepared for it? Did you install them in PC for these dark times or you overlooked this scenario? If you planned, however, what games will you play for days to come (let's say one month)?
I have a list of games I would always play and it is:

1. Heroes of Might and Magic III
2. Dungeon Siege 1/2
3. Need for Speed Underground
4. For Racing 3
5. Virtua Tennis 3/4

Yeah, I would be fine if I had no internet for a prolonged period of time when it comes to gaming. I have games installed on my PS5, Switch and PC. My Steam library alone has 264 games installed. I also have physical PS2, 3, 4, 5 and Switch games.

I have Starfield, Fallout 4, and Skyrim downloaded on my Series X for when the Internet dies. I have stacks of dvd's and blu ray of shows and movies. I am prepared!
