That's not so bad! Any others? Particularly in rl.I say "lol" too much.
Lmao when did you start it? Is it because of nervousness perhaps?Picking or biting at my fingernails.

Not sure when I started, to the second part not at all, I do it absent mindedly when I am just bored sitting in front of the TV.Lmao when did you start it? Is it because of nervousness perhaps?
I do that picking at my nails thing too. A nervous or bred habit. That's not so bad! Any others? Particularly in rl.
I bite at my nails. Always have. Ever since i was a kid. Not sure why Doctors had to call it a 'nervous" habit. Was I nervous? I don't know. I don't think I was any more nervous than anyone else. I think it was just simply a HABIT. And, I don't know why some felt the need to imbue that some kind of deep meaning. I think it's just a HABIT. Something without thinking. I don't think it's good or bad.
I'm not an expert in these matters, but maybe you have a lot of personality. Which is not bad at all.Pretty obvious with the title, what's a bad habit of yours? For me, one that comes off the top of my head is complimenting myself a lot lol, I can't help it.
Search another synonimI say "lol" too much.
As long as you don't bite your toes, there's nothing to worry about. 😅Picking or biting at my fingernails.

Good on you! I'm a former hard-core smoker & quit in Jan. 2012; sometimes it takes a blow and a strong slap to make you change your ways.i smoked.. a LOT... for years... until about 7 years ago. i woke up one morning with nothing but blackness in left eye. no discomfort or pain. took myself to the ER. after lots of poking/prodding and tests... spent the night. had experienced something called a retinal occlusion. high BP & cholesterol was confirmed (no surprise)... both could be controlled thru diet/meds. but smoking was a very likely culprit. have not smoked since.
if someone passes by who is smoking... i still find that a pleasant aroma very pleasant. on the other hand, if a smoker enters a room... now that's a STENCH on them that i cannot handle.
as i said, doc said BP & C could be managed with diet/meds but only thing to do about smoking was QUITTING. if a truly safe cigarette was invented, i hate to say i would try it. but then i think of the COST... a very unofficial calculation says i would have spent at least $50,000 on cigarettes since quitting!!!Good on you! Smoking, once hooked, is definitely a hard habit for some (me) to kick; I made many attempts but it seems the only way that would work for me is cold-turkey. Several people I know have taken up vaping in order to quit cigarettes', and that has gotten them off of tobacco, but they're still hooked on nicotine and through the years more studies have also found negative things about vaping. So that's not the hoped for perfect system either.as i said, doc said BP & C could be managed with diet/meds but only thing to do about smoking was QUITTING. if a truly safe cigarette was invented, i hate to say i would try it. but then i think of the COST... a very unofficial calculation says i would have spent at least $50,000 on cigarettes since quitting!!!
