I love broccoli, I love it in chinese food, boiled with melted cheese

in stir frys, in salad..

Except in Chinese food they barely cook it and its all hard. Every time I go in there I tell them to cook the broccoli longer and they say they will. But they never do.

I like it a bit crunchier. And with sunflower seeds, and cheese cubes. It is really good.. I'm not sure what dressing they put on it, kind of like a sweet Thai, but it is amazing =]

Broccoli, steamed with a light coating of colby/jack cheese shreads. Very good. Or just raw with ranch. Yummy.
