Night is meant for sleeping after you've completed all which you're expected to do in a day. Except for those who are working night shifts, everyone else sleeps when it's nightfall. By what time do you normally get in your bed to sleep and eventually sleep off?

like 1:00am or 2:00am im a night owl

Anywhere from 7:30 p.m. - 11:30 p. m.

No time for me most times i sleep very little in the morning ... or around lunch time ...

10 or 11pm, I should be asleep by 9pm though if I want to get a solid 8 hours.

Depends. I used to sleep later because I worked later, but now that I have to be at work by 7 am, I try to fall asleep no later than 11:30 PM - 12:00 AM. It's usually before that. Sometimes I'm not so lucky, though.

Are you on medication or receiving any treatment for it?

Well can't concentrate enough for the afterlife. I was taught to count my sleep thirty years ago so i was already paying attention when this started. The main condition is staying awake for long periods of time without getting tired. When I start getting tired it's time to lie down. There's no meds for it because it changes. Went six months sleeping on average 4 hours a night.

I normally sack out by 10:30, asleep by 11. But if I don't sleep well the previous night for some reason or wake up earlier than usual, then 10 or even 9:30 is possible.

Sack out means going to sleep? Thats a new one.

Can't concentrate enough for the afterlife? Going to sleep doesn't mean you're dead, it just means you're giving your body rest and recuperation time.

Go to bed, technically. "Hit the sack" is another version. I've had that expression in my vocab for years so maybe it is something that dates back to my parent's generation or something.
