Whats the best cake?
Coffee Cake (I know it's not a typical cake)

Apple
Worst cake?
Any of those dry, flaky chocolate ones. Or cakes w/ dark chocolate.

Dunno, I've never had an awful pie.

Pie, but I used to like cake more...guess it comes with age, or something. Although ice cream cake will always have a special place in my heart.

Oh man, you think coffee cake is the worst cake? You are sorely mistaken, friend.
Best cake--I haven't a clue, they're all good. I like Chocolate, German Chocolate, Better than Sex Cake (it isn't by the way), Lemon pound cake, Angel food.....
Can't think of a 'worst' cake. They're all good.
Pie--
Also all good. I like Lemon Merangue, Pecan, Blackberry Cobbler, Chocolate, Peanut Butter....
The only ones I don't really care for are Rhurbarb Sweet Potato and Gooseberry.
Which is best--difficult to say, depends on my mood, I guess.
That's funny, my kids always get to choose what kind of cake they get for a birthday cake, when my youngest was 4 or 5 he wanted the cake that looks like a pie for his birthday.
