I can't think of a specific song, but slow jazz music, almost noir-esque, tends to calm me down. We have a jazz radio station here and I'll listen to it in the car when I can because there's a noticeable difference in the way I drive. I'm less tense, more calm, and not as much of a lead foot.

I guess it depends, if i'm being calmed down/soothed after being emotional, I guess I'd go for some gaga as the above song is a bit emotional/might make things worse, however If it was music to calm me from being angry then it'd do the job, or some Adele.
