What are some of your favorite Chinese food items or dishes?

Just posted about some I had yesterday in the Chit Chat Zone thread

I went to a PF Changs yesterday (never been there before). It’s a Chinese food chain restaurant. There’s a location a few cities over from me. That one was really fancy inside (I never been to another one so maybe they are all fancy inside?). The food was really good. I got Mongolian beef with rice and a plate of crispy green beans (tempura fried with a spicy sauce).

I like chinese food. I often it when there is rain and I don't feel like cooking. I think it can be a good food when you need something warm to eat as well.

Orange chicken, teriyaki chicken, fried rice of all types. General Taos chicken spring rolls, egg drop soup, wonton soup, fried Ragoons and those little fried strip thingies they give you.

Also I used to be a general manager at Panda Express so I know all the dirty secrets lol

I like vegetable spring rolls but until China get their act together on human and animal rights, Chinese food is now off my table.

last year they had a really really good burger at mcdonald's with a big patty, shrimp and a baguette like bun.. easily my favorite here in a couple of years
