It does not melt as we've been at or below freezing temps. Where some of the roads have been plowed, the snow is like 4 feet high. Makes it hard to see around when you try to pull out onto the roads. They removed some snow from my road using a bucket loader the other day. They dumped it as far into the woods as they could. Winds just blow a lot of it right back onto the road.
