Hello everyone!

It's snowing lightly right now. Heavier snow is happening in the higher elevations. They are expected to get 4 - 6 inches of snow. Glad I don't live up in the mountain area.

How are you?

Hello. I'm on vacation right now, just got back from visiting an old Civil War fort. It was cool. :D
Hello! I just love the Civil War Era. Wish I had a fort here where I am. :(

I went to Fort Pulaski which is outside of Savannah, Georgia. I liked how old the building looked.

Not too big on military myself due to the position on gay people in the military, and since I'm gay that just doesn't sit right with me (though didn't they change it recently?). My brother's in the Army though so I support that.

I've never been to Savannah, Georgia but from what I've seen, it's beautiful.

Back in 2010 the Senate repealed the Clinton-era law known as "Don't Ask, Don't Tell." It took 17 years but they finally "righted a wrong" in my opinion.

Where is your brother serving now?

Fort Stewart. He's going to Fort Bliss in April though.
Georgia to Texas isn't that bad or far. Is he in the 1st Armored Division?

Not sure, honestly.

I wonder if anyone has Skype here. It's feeling a bit lonely in my contacts list.... :(

My skype is shibuyashadow.

I don't have Skype but perhaps other members do. You could start a thread in Internet & Technology and ask them.

I'm getting ready to feed my animals, feed myself, take a shower, get dressed and head off to work. Not looking forward to working in the cold and pouring rain. Just hope it's quiet tonight. :(

Home in the dry, awaiting the storm to hit us tomorrow night... But, in other news, I am off now until Friday!!
