Two people stabbed, apparently. One person is in custody, a second suspect is at large:

I'm back from the Tybee Island Lighthouse. Lots of stairs, but my favorite part was two cute cats they had there! 
One seemed to have pretty bad allergies though as it's nose was kinda different-colored so I pet the other one instead.
