Such a crazy and busy day at work.

Still in agony and can't move even after a night on my comfy bed. Drugged up on Tramadol and Paracetamol today with a heat patch. Taken some of the pain off but still can't move. Doctors booked for tonight. Can't wait for my week off work next week. Might just spend it in bed!!
