No but I did lick a funny looking stamp with a picture of a happy face on it. Come to think of it, that was too small to be a stamp. :|

:P

Oh shit, I did enough paper acid to kill a small horse. I wouldn't touch the rat poison that's passing as acid out there now.
3 of the best stories of my LIFE come from a trip on that stuff.

You should make a thread telling us those stories.

:highfive:

Side note: I've never actually done LSD or acid.

I'd just like to get enough money to be financially secure all eight-or-so years of college.

Are you paying your own way through? (Like all the tuition fees, books, etc)

There's a lot of grants that will help me out, but I'll be covering everything else.

That's admirable. Extra good luck to you on finding a job then! I'm sure you'll find one. :)

Nobody helped me with college and I had a kid at 18 so Im pretty much doomed to a blue collar life but I suppose nothings stopping me from going back to school part time.

Hello everyone!

Have a consultation appointment this afternoon with the oral surgeon. Hopefully he'll say it's a go for the surgery to happen Friday morning.

How are you?

Hello Nebulous and Happy Tuesday to you too!

This day was a little messy. There's a full house in the McConnaughay abode, most unfortunately. Little kids galore.

Hopefully you shut and locked your door. :P

Well, had my fill of listening to songs in my native language (Polish) on Youtube tonight. I ended up listening to the following, and they're all by Janusz Radek:

"Pan Roman"

"Kiedy Umre Kochanie"

"Sama Siebie Pytaj"

There were a couple others I heard from the Pokemon 2.B.A. Master soundtrack, Polish version. 2 I can name right off the bat are:

Ty i Ja and

Viridian City

Other than that my day was very quiet, and I'm going to have to shut the computer down shortly because I'm not sure if we're in for thunderstorms or not. BTW, "Kiedy Umre Kochanie" means "When I Die, Baby", and "Sama Siebie Pytaj" means "Ask Itself". I'm gonna have to use Google Translator to find out what "Pan Roman" is supposed to mean, though. If you're in the way of any thunderstorms, stay safe! Have a good night all!

^ I didn't know you could speak Polish. :)

I can't, really. In fact, I had to use my favorites bar just to make sure I got those titles right. I am Polish, but since I was born and raised here in the States, I never got the opportunity to actually learn the language. I'm sort of an audio learner, so I've been kind of trying to learn through songs and stuff like that. As for what those two titles meant that I mentioned, I had to look those up through the Google Translator as well.

Oh, well then English is your native language. :P

:hello: everyone!

Nice sunny and warm day. Washed the windows inside and out. Nice and sparkling clean now. Hate that chore and glad it's done now.

How are you?

I'm exhausted, actually. Got home from work half an hour ago. We're finally starting to get new stuff at the hotel I work at, which is about stinking time! Right now we're just getting new beds for the moment, but I asked our managers, and they said we will eventually be getting new sheets, blankets, etc. This is good, because there's some furniture in there that's busted which makes it hard for us to clean it properly, and yeah. So we got some changes coming at work, but so far they're GOOD changes, and hopefully by getting new stuff we can finally do our jobs properly and the way our managers want us to do them. Can't hardly do a job properly when things are old or outdated.

Nebulous: Yes, my native language is English, by the way.

Hello, again, everyone!

Got lots of things done around the house today. The windows are sparkling, the wind chimes have been hung, gazing balls cleaned and out and the flag is now up a flying! I'm tired now...

Yay, a clean house is a happy house.

I agree. I wanted to get it done now since Memorial Day is Monday. Not sure after Friday if I would have been up to doing it.

How are you?
