Yes. Probably too much cooking equipment. One thing that I HAD to have was a mandoline; takes up too much drawer space & I never use it any more....a knife works almost as well and is much less time & trouble to clean. While it's on my mind, I should put it in the "goodwill" box. 
The most-used small appliances now are the InstantPot, a toaster-oven/air fryer combo, and a "bucket-style" air fryer.

Got all three of those at a local thrift store for like, $10 total. Surprisingly, all three work and should last a couple years.
You brought back my PTSD! A co worker showed me a picture of her sisters finger, she sliced off the tip of it with one of those.

Co-worker's sister needs the hug. The co-worker was getting some sick amusement by going around showing everyone that picture. Lol
I do yes and I use them all quite often. I went to culinary school after all and well it would be blasphemy if I didn't lol

It was quite expensive yes. But Uncle Sam paid for it so I didn’t have to pay anything for it.
Nice how'd you get that paid for? From the military?
