Crying in public?

I'm so bad at this. I cry in pubblic all the time

If I see someone, I usually ask what's wrong and offer a hug

I wouldn't mind crying in public myself as I don't need to worry about makeup :ROFLMAO:

I still feel embarrassed to cry in public so I usually cover my face with a facemask and cry as much as I want. I try to not make noises though. I feel like sometimes crying can be a personal thing so I would not want strangers come up to me and ask why am I crying. I just want to be left alone and just let me cry. That's just me.

I've always done that myself. I'm afraid they'll ask me a favor I can't honor.

Also.... people cry all the time, over literally nothing (and sometimes for valid reasons). It's none of our business either way.

I think last thing any crying person would want is a complete stranger coming up to them and trying to "help."

I can't stop in public if someone's crying, my anxiety issues are too strong to interact and try to help.

I have cried in public a few times of late, which is a bit annoying, I used to never cry at all, but I try to get away as quickly as possible so I can be in private.

Toilet crying to the rescue! :superman:

That must make it difficult to escape certain public situations. Sometimes thats your only option.
The last thing I want to do to escape something is put myself into a situation where I could get into more situations. Trans + public restrooms = no. Just don't do it, it's going to piss someone off if you go in the right restroom or piss someone off if you go in the biological restroom and they read you. Not interested in making people uncomfortable over a restroom, so I don't use them at all.

Must be rough but not every public restroom is a multi-person restroom with stalls and whatnot.

You don't use a gender-less single person restroom where you can enter solo and lock the door behind you?

Oh yeah, I'll use those if they're available, but they're a bit on the rare side.

Hmm, :ponder:

I see them all over the place. I guess it depends on where you are.
Doctors offices have plenty of them, lol. Most other places around here are gendered toilets, so...no go. I'm sure there are more than I see, but I avoid a lot of places because of anxiety issues.

I've seen a few women cry in public and I just minded my own business. During a store meeting at Walmart, our manager started tearing up due to the death of one of the previous managers.

Never seen a guy cry? I've seen plenty of that too.
