CD Projekt Red's next release, or at least next game they'll be working on after The Witcher 3, is called Cyberpunk 2077.  We don't know much about it yet other than the teaser trailer involves what looks to be a female cyborg in the middle of a city street on her knees with blades protracted from her arms, covered in what looks to be like the blood of some people lying dead in the street.  The authorities are there, shooting at her, and one is holding a gun to the back of her head.  It looks as though it takes place in a sort of cyberpunk future where technology has exploded a good 50ish years into the future, as expected. Just from the trailer I'm excited about this game.  Has anyone heard about it?

That's because they haven't released much news other than this teaser trailer. I really want to learn more about it, but I have a feeling we won't until after The Witcher 3 is released. T_T

They have said they aren't going to focus much on this title until TW3 is done, which seems fair enough. If they give Cyberpunk 2077 the kind of attention and care they're giving TW3, I'd much prefer they take their time with both.

The teaser said "coming: when it's ready".

They're definitely going to take their time. Looks very interesting though.
