I know some people do. I had a friend in school who couldn’t sleep without the radio on. To me, I need white noise. Listening to music tends to distract me especially if it’s a good song. You just want to sing along to it lol If you do fall asleep to music, what do you like to listen to? How does it help you sleep?

I prefer having a tv series that I've seen several times before, so I have that noise, but I don't need to pay attention. If it's music then I prefer classical or instrumentals so I don't get distracted by the lyrics.

Yeah, I often listen to music while in bed. When I notice I'm about to fall asleep, I stop it and sleep.

It helps me calm down.

Like Metal & Hard Rock is good but I don't listen to it before I go to bed at 10 at night.

@Num7 I listen to Spiritual music when sleeping and I can say certain genres can help.

I like music but can't fall asleep listening to it.
I have a hard time dealing with noise sensitivity. So any noise in general makes it hard for me to go to sleep.

I use to listen to sleeping music but now that I have headphones and not in ear one’s I can’t as often.
