Do you ever go jogging? If yes, what part of the day do you start your run?

No, for two reasons: 1) I have asthma, and 2) I have a chronic pain condition that makes it difficult for me to be physically active. Most of the time I'm pushing through the pain when I'm exercising, and often have to stop within 15-20 minutes.

No; walking is good and much easier on your joints. :coffee:

Some years ago, I used to go for early morning jogging all the time because it is one of the ways I used to keep fit but right now I prefer doing it in the gym.

Not really. Not much places to do so around here. Don't really have a sidewalk. I could go if I really wanted to though I guess. Back when I was younger used to sometimes run around the cornfield in back. But its so overgrown and stuff now, I wouldn't do it now.

No as I don't like going out in public places.

No, but I've considered it for a while, and I want to get a treadmill.
Not for jogging, just various 'modes' of walking; but a treadmill has been a nice benefit to help me stay 'tuned up'. As long as I can MAKE MYSELF make use of it & not just let it turn into a big dust collector!!

I'd have the opposite problem. Would have to really pace myself on not using it too often. 😂

I like trail running or fastpacking but jogging on the road isn't for me.

I'd rather go cycling. I LOVE cycling. I usually ride 20 to 60 miles each time I go biking. I also try to get in a few 100-mile days each year, as well.

It's just as good as jogging but with fewer injuries. Plus, cycling makes you feel like a kid, and you can choose a pace and mileage based on your abilities.
