I used to watch random episodes of that series with my father. He'd have someone record it for him and then he'd watch them.I used to watch this show all the time, well one version of it. Star Trek the next generation
Have you seen Picard yet?Yeah, I like it. My favourite series are the ones most people don't like, lol, Enterprise and Voyager, and Discovery is damn good, too.
Yeah, not a fan, it was a bit...odd to meHave you seen Picard yet?
You've made me curious. How so?Yeah, not a fan, it was a bit...odd to me
Hard to explain, it just was so all over the place I couldn't get into it. Start with one plot, shift to another, bring back iconic character A to lead to iconic character B, to lead to new character C...and...plot twist, plot twist, plot twist...just didn't enjoy it. Maybe I'll try again sometime, but what I saw...meh...You've made me curious. How so?
I've noticed it's very fast paced, like a cartoon. It doesn't stay on one thing for very long at all. I wasn't expecting that when I started watching it.Hard to explain, it just was so all over the place I couldn't get into it. Distractingly so, it's annoyingI've noticed it's very fast paced, like a cartoon. It doesn't stay on one thing for very long at all. I wasn't expecting that when I started watching it.
After the first season, I don't see how it's the same Picard. He died at the end and then they made a synthetic variant of his body and copied his mind to it's cyber brain. So, real Picard dies. Now we have clone Picard and I'm not buying that they are the same person. I swear they got this idea from Arnold Schwarzenegger's "The 6th Day". It's how they made clones in the movie. In Alien 4, Clone Ripley has the same memories as Ripley from Alien, Aliens, and Alien 3. But also acknowledges that they're not the same person.Distractingly so, it's annoying
