Do you like trophies?

Do you like earning trophies in video games?

Myself personally. No. I don't see the point or why they were added.

I don't care a lot about them but it's cool to see what I have achieved when I look back on them. Skyrim Special Edition didn't allow you to have mods and it disabled your ability to earn them if your game was modded.. but then I got a mod that disables them from disabling me from earning achievements.

I totally dig mods. I play Skyrim and Fallout 4 on PS4...which is limited....unless I'm wrong. I'm guessing you found this mod on.....PC? If not, I'd love to know!

It's nice to see the pop up for a trophy on the PS4. But I don't care about them too much unless I'm close to completing a game. I've only ever managed to get all the trophies on two games, one of which was Overcooked.

Honestly I like trying to collect trophies and achievements. I've only got one platinum trophy so far though, it was from Spyro the Dragon 2 via Reignited Trilogy. I've also got all the achievements in Sonic the Fighters on Xbox 360, but it was way too easy to get.

Those Steam achievements really makes you feel stupid, there is this AOE II achievement to destroy 10 castles within 30 minutes, i've been trying to finish it but haven't found the way and it frustrates me so hard and i don't enjoy playing the game anymore.

Why people enjoy collecting trophies is a good topic question to ask

Some people enjoy progression, think of trophy hunting is a game in itself with account-wide progression. There's also a trophy hunter community, going for plates of platinum easy and hard is what's involved in being part of that community I think. Mainly, some people just enjoying getting them and increasing their level, you may not agree with it or personally enjoy it but that doesn't mean others feel the same way.

Yes. I am a bit of a trophy whore.. ? Unfortunately I've really not had much gaming time this year, but I currently have 28 platinums to my name, and 41 completions in total. Back in the Xbox 360 days I had one of the top gamerscores for a solid 4-5 years until I just couldn't be bothered playing utter garbage anymore!

..I really need to try and get back to gaming at some point, I miss it.

So long as it's not grind required and tedious, then yes I do like getting them.

I like trophies/achievements, they're a great objective if you want to take a break/are finished with other content in the game. I don't think I've really platinum'd anything other than like Telltale games though lol
