I love duct tape!! When it gets old though, it's worthless, and I prefer a good brand over some dollar general garbage. I use it for a lot of temporary things to hold them together when I'm using Gorilla glue. And I also have some on my old office chair instead of buying a new one. Duct tape comes in a variety of colors now!!

duct tape makes a very temporary patch.

I have been known to use duct tape in the past for things, mainly I find duct tape great to keep things together whilst you are waiting to replace or waiting for it to be repaired.

Not really, I’m not sure when I last used duct tape.
But I have used sticky tape quite often, just not for anything heavy. I once used it to hold my glasses together when the screw in the hinge broke. They were just a cheap pair from Daiso, so it wasn’t worth fixing. The tape held them together until I got a new pair.

I do use it sometimes to fix things in the house. I have two of them in my house. You never know when you might need it.

I only use it to pack up large boxes, but was recently used to seal the large bag of cat dry food also
