Do you vent to family?

Just my daughter... Even though she is an adult now, I still only vent about small annoyances to her.
My partner gets all the big stuff.
On minor and some moderate issues, I'm getting to the point where I hardly vent to anyone including my wife about things that piss me off or bother me. It just seems to cause more problems. My mind does this thing where I fuse about it for a few hours and then I push it to the back of my mind. I've gotten to the point where I couldn't even talk to a therapist anymore about what bothers me. This question just comes up any time I want to tell someone something "Well, buddy. What's that going to do for you? They're not going to fix it. They're just going to be mad at you for bringing it up."
