Do you walk in between your sleep?

Hey guys is there anyone with the problem of walking during you sleep without knowing about it?



If so what do you think is the main reason for that problem.

Nope, I have been known to throw my arms around in my sleep :/ I hit my wrist against the wall before (My bed was next to the wall) and I cracked a bone in my wrist :/



Also some thats really scarey, Many years ago I was having a dream that me and my mum were arguing. She started to strangle me, I couldnt breathe in my dream and woke up. I was strangling myself in my sleep!!!



My dreams are screwed up!

I dont anymore but I did when I was a kid, though I'd usually wake up while I was doing it.

My dad used to be a sleep walker.. He would knock bookshelves over and even that wouldnt wake him up.
