I feel some what uncomfortable when I am in house other than my residence. When ever I go my friends house some feeling is their like uncomfortable for me if their family is there. But what to do I have to spend their some time with my friends

I feel uncomfortable when my friend gets really loud or does something to draw attention to us. I just do not like loud people. It's irritating and it gives me a headache. Makes me sound old!
