Films you were expecting to be bad but was actually good

For me, when I first saw the trailer for Kick-Ass I thought it was going to be a crappy parody movie, but thankfully I was wrong

I was expecting Salt to be pretty bad but it was actually one of the best movies I've seen this year

Why would you go to watch a movie you were expecting to be bad in the first place?

Because my friends were going and i didn't want to sit in the house alone on a Friday Night!

I saw Bandslam whenever it came out. At first I wasn't that keen on it but it turned out to be an okay moive.
