We all get upset over things that happen at forums. Could be any number of things. We probably tell ourselves that we are going to stop going or drop activity at that forum, but regardless we still keep visiting the forum. Could be out of habit or just to check in with people whom you've established some sort of a relationship / bond with. Maybe even to see what the people you dislike have to say.. Even though we tell ourselves that we are going to stop visiting that forum, we still go. My question to you is...

What is the final straw? What will push you over the edge and never go back to a forum ever again?

The final straw for me is when a select group of members (mods included) get away with flaming/trolling and no action is ever taken to stop it.

When some members believe they own a forum because their post count Is higher or they have been there longer than you.

When the community turns sours, turns against me, or the forum (in one case...) is no longer accessible (files deleted or something like that). It's usually alright if the board is er...uncaring toward you, but it's bad when people are against you..

When I know I'm not liked or a large group of members have it 'in for me' so to speak. But that's not happened to me yet *touch wood*
