How can you punish someone for something like that, when they don't even know what the term Sexual Assault is! Sure, many kids are old enough to know the difference between right and wrong, especially that age group, but to call an attack something like that is way beyond pathetic. Kids don't learn what those terms mean until they're in middle school at the most!

Clearly self defense. To kick an attacker in the groin is taught in self defense classes. It's the most effective way to cause the attacker some pain so he is rendered helpless and lets go of your freakin' neck! I would have done exactly what this first grader did if I were in his situation. Should he have just let the bully choke him until he died from lack of oxygen to his brain? This is asinine!
