This time when I went grocery shopping I bought pork, hamburger, chicken and steak. Also some veggies.

I separated it out all into small portions, wrapped it in foil then froze it.

Now whenever I want to cook something... I will pull out a chicken breast or two and cook it. In the past I would just stick it all in the fridge and I'd have to throw some out when it went bad or cook it all up in a mass cooking spree before it spoils.

Do you freeze stuff? Do you go shopping once a week so it doesn't really matter?

Bread, If a loaf of bread is on offer (2 for 1), I will freeze that then take it out to defrost the day before I need to use it
