I cant leave the house not wearing underwear... Well I have done it a few times but thats because I needed to do laundry. At home when I am just in my shorts lounging around, half the time there's no underwear under them.
Depends on what I'm wearing. If it's jeans I rather wear underwear. Or if it's hot I rather wear underwear. During winter sweatpants/fleece pants subtitute underwear. I otherwise have no preference or problem not to wear ones.
I don't what problem women have where they make so much of that is just for them be so uncomfortable or undesirable to use/wear. With the sort of stuff they make for women then I can see why no one would want to wear it. I couldn't bear going out without boxers on though as it wouldn't feel right.
I still think it is a dumb term for it.

Nah it just means you are honest and not ashamed of the health troubles you face in life. People only say it's "TMI" because they aren't comfortable with such openness and honesty when there is nothing wrong with it. That's what I think anyway.
Yep we all have our embarrassing facts of life and someone has to go first then others will follow in time when they realize everyone has a story to share and a fault to either overcome or bear with in life whether it be health related or some other matter of life.
Sometimes, when I'm home alone and I slept naked I'd go to the bathroom nude. It feels funny though. XD
