It is mostly about the idea that it is the right status for you at this moment. I never found that being single or being in a relationship needs to be justified, but I do have concerns about people who push for one merely because they do not want to be in the other.
Honestly I've been single for quite some time now with some things happening but most things ending into nothing... It's sometimes hard to see the positive things so thanks for this thread. xD
However, I've taken the last year or so to work on myself and anything that comes with that so for me right now, I'd say my peace of mind.
