Have you ever used hair coloring to change the color of your hair? Have you ever thought about using hair coloring? I'm asking because I'm a natural redhead and my nickname is Flame. That should tell you right there that I can be picked out easily in a crowd. I had thought about using hair coloring to either change the color or tone it down some. I don't, however, have the nerve to do it.

I have had my hair highlighted before I have, however, never had it dyed before.

My daughter is a red-head too. She has the most amazing colour hair. I hope she never dyes it because I would worry that it might grow back a different colour or shade. My friend and her mum were both red-heads. When my friend had her son, her hair turned brown. When her mum had her, her mum's hair turned blonde!

It's strange, but I just know that if I had hair as beautiful as that I wouldn't mess with it!

Anything called hair dye no matter how you spell it, isn't going on my hair!

I use it all the time. If you know how to look after your hair, it's only slightly damaging. And if you're good at it, it looks amazing.

I once had bright red streaks through my hair, if that counts. Didn't have it for long though...

No and no.

Apparently it originates from some word for dark and secret

Yes, time to time I do air colouring and change the colour. Naturally I own a blonde hair. Right now I have coloured it black and grey.

I had light blue hair once as part of a bet, but other than that I don't think I have. I'm pleased with my hair colour.

How long did you keep it that color and what did you win?

I lost which is why I had to dye it blue. It was some sort of dye that's gone after washing your hair 4-5 times, so it was a bit more than a week, max 2 weeks.

Anyway, I've never dyed my hair before.

I can understand why women with long hair would dye it. It would look strange half your natural colour and half grey.

I've never died my hair before and I don't think I'll plan too do it ever lol.
