How do you like your Cheese?

A good quality Cheddar (today they grade it as strength 4) on fresh white farmhouse bread, washed down with a pint of Abbot Ale. Bliss !

Gouda and Havarti are by far my favorite things! They are so dang good. Melted or not I could just eat it plain. I also love sharp cheddar the sharper the better.
