Medium for me. Whenever I get it medium rare they do it way too rare for my taste.
I like a little pink but not bloody. Well done is too tough and chewy but I suppose if its more on the medium side I'd like it.
I don't! I'm vegan.
How long have you been vegan?
I have been vegetarian since 1996 and went vegan in 2017.
What made you want to switch?
I worked at an animal sanctuary and couldn't justify working for animals and eating them. I felt a hypocrite. Then I got deeper into animal rights.
That makes sense.
At least I"m not the only one.
