How often do you charge your phone?

Despite having an iPhone XS max which is two years old I'm really lucky. The battery lasts ages - especially since my self-imposed social media ban. I do tend to charge it overnight. But that's just because I don't like to me caught out. But it's never more than that. Never at all during the day. Currently on 74% and I took it off charge at 6am (ten hour ago).

There are risks associated with leaving your phone constantly plugged in. Continuing to charge your phone past 100% will damage your battery's capacity and lifespan. If you plug in overnight, it's best to use timer and set for however long it takes to fully charge your device.

Is there a timer app to stop charge or do you mean actual physical timer?

I charge my Phone 2 times a day.

Daily charge. If i don't play any games during the day, i'd say once every 2 days.

I put my phone on the charger every night. The battery life is pretty good and I don't have to worry about it going dead halfway into the day.

My Xiaomi 8A Dual requires charging after 20 hours. And if I play the game all the time, then it requires even more regular charging. I think it's kind of quick discharge is because of the gaming and other heavy programs that I have installed on the phone.

I always charge my phone while I'm sleeping at night. Sometimes over the weekend I forget to plug it in, and then I have to let it charge during the day.

I'll always charge my phone about an hour before I plan on going to bed. I listen to a lot of music off it during the morning & day, and since it's relatively old now (an S7 from 2016) it really does need a full charge to last the day.
I've used MTweaks to undervolt the GPU and change CPU governers so the battery should in theory last slightly longer, but I'd be lying if I said I've noticed a difference

Some days it is once in two days , some days every day. My iPhone 8 usage is very limited and i like to keep it that way.

No but I'd probably need to, I charge it too much and now it dies very quickly.
