How To be an Good Admin
Guide writen by Srdjan Solkotovic(Shole)

Vital points for being a good admin:

1-Work
2-Attitude
3-Knowladge
4-Time

1-Work

Being an admin has never been esier, but it is still hard work. You cant rest for a second, your site can always be improved and needs to be improved. To be a good admin you need to work hard on your side. Many guides consider this the most important part of being an good admin. Most of the time foum admins need to post daily to maintain an active forum, blog admins need to come up with new articles daily to share with their guests and others need to work on securing or promotiong. There are so many ways to fail and so many ways to succeed as an admin, but if you work hard your chances of succees increas a lot.

2-Attitude

To be an admin you need to be mature and content, never lose it even if there are spammers and trolls all over your site, you need to be as an iceblock in the artic. Neveer lose it or do immature things, people look up to you and respect you but if you lose your cool you will lose members/visitors.

3-Knowladge

To succeed as an admin you will need to know a thing or two about your sotware, the internet market and how to run most of the things correctly. Read and research, thats the key of getting your Webmaster IQ higher. Experiment also dont be afraid of changes and riks but always backup your site before you do some major changes.

4-Time

As for everything else you also need tiime for being an good admin. First of all you need to collect some experience in managing a site/community second you need time to invest in the forum. Investing time in a site means working a from 2-8h per day on you site depending on the site you are administrating and you never know how much time allows you to be online.

I hope you like my little guide .
