Actually it's not a bad idea.

A computer that is TURNED OFF is damned near impossible to hack into to steal information from.

Hehe nice. To stay anonymous at internet, I'm using google chrome extension that change you IP address, really good, easy and useful plugin.

Agree with rimon, I more often use firefox but on this browser you have also special extension to change IP and hide your identity at the Internet.
