Are you calm, cool, and collected? Do you build up to your anger? Or do you go from one to ten in a split second?

I can get nervous easily, very easily. But I managed to reduce my temper significantly in the past couple of months. I wrote an article on my blog on how I really reduced my temper. Have a look if interested >>

I picked that it depends. I admit that I am sometimes quick to anger, but rarely to the point where it is malicious. As I get a bit older, I realize I've become calmer and I tend to talk myself through things in my head more often as opposed to just flying off the handle.

Calm and cool, go with the flow kind of person here. It takes a lot to make me angry.

Same here. I've learned not to waste my time and energy getting angry. I'd rather try and talk it out and if that doesn't work, I just forget about it and move on.

That is something I had to learn the hard way. For some reason I remember how much I wanted this year to start because I was nervous too often. After I started college back in February, I somehow felt afraid of people, to the point I didn't want to even talk to them. This same thing happened when I was transferred to another school ten years ago, right after having lots of issues with a girl.

It also took me a while (until April I think) to restart fresh, and now I'm in the process of building RL encounters again since Monday, thanks to the information my guidance counselor gave to about 80% of my classmates.

Typical Irish redhead temper. You really wouldn't like to be on the receiving end.

Yes and even physically attacked them.

It depends on the situation. Mostly calm, cool and collected, but have no problem going from one to ten in a split second if needed.

A challenge! ;)

They had a go back. I respect them for this because at least they had the magaírli to take me on.

Calm and cool, I deal with depression and anxiety more than I deal with my temper. I can maybe show an angry face, but unless I've had my emotions bottled up for a long time, I rarely show my temper.
