There's a lot of serious adjustments to America and I would report it in my first ever State of the Union address before fixing one problem.

I'd paint one of those columns of the white-house orange so it could be called the White and Also Partially Orange ... House. I'd also shorten to preamble to simply "We The People In-Order to Form a More Perfect Union," because that is all that I remember anyway, and I don't want to look stupid.
