Hey Nebulous! Have you seen that they are saying that Gold will be out Dec 21?

Nope.. I thought they would have to release RC (release candidates) versions after they get through the beta stages. Guess they are skipping over that part.

There is a way to add member ID's as well as Group Names as well...if you want to know, PM me about it. But vB is a good piece of software..better than that PHPBB you had before.

Hmm, congratz on converting to vB! But you might go back to Phpbb soon. My friend convinced me to convert to phpbb on generalpalace. vB does start eating up all your bandwidth adventually. But good luck with it, and glad to see it on vB, and nice styles.

Mmmm, the only reason vB sucks up more bandwidth is cause members like it more so they spend more time on it.

Plus that people are obviously going to be on more because the forums get bigger, so its more of a coincidence.



This is a great move for Off Topix I think, vB is a very good piece of software.

One of our members has posted a tutorial to stop that:

I did not join the forum on phpbb. But I did when the forum moved to VB.
