It's a privileged you get after completing your driving test and can be revoked if you don't follow the rules and put the safety of yourself/others at risk.

that's not the case for some people that never completed a driving test and received a driver's license...

I'm not sure what you're trying to say because if they're unlicensed then they obviously don't have the privilege to drive. Do they let unlicensed people drive where you live or something? Because that's really dumb and dangerous if that's the case.

Also by licensed I mean pretty much anyone given legal permission to drive under whatever conditions so that includes learner's permits and such.

Only exception is if you've been given permission to drive on private property, like on a farm or something.

here in america, one can lose their driving privileges even if they haven't gotten their driver's license yet...

You can't lose something that you don't have to begin with, only delay / prevent it from happening. :P

This exactly right. Im still not following his logic in this.

there's some people that never bothered to get a licensed and then got into trouble (that had nothing to do with driving) and got it suspended/revoked...

How can something they never had get suspended/revoked?

I guess if someone was driving illegally, unlicensed and got caught, they'd get their driving privileges taken away for a while or permanently if it kept happening.

just like people can have their gun rights stripped away before they actually exercise the right to do so...

Driving is a privilege that can be easily taken away whenever the government sees fit to do so. For it to be a right, it has to be something that cannot be taken away by another. Driving does not fit the definition of a right.

then americans have zero rights...

even though we are fighting those darn terrorists in the name of freedom...

in america, there's laws for everything and cops can just make up things and throw you in jail...

the government is against freedom and rights for 'we the people', and only for them, the government and other interests...

We do have one right that I know of and that's the right to think for yourself although most have been taught in one way or the other to discard that right with glee to their detriment.

american schools are teaching the american children to be submissive to the government and never question them and authority...

that;s not free thinking and free will...
