Kid destroys dollar store

The parents failed in raising him. This child needs to be psychologically evaluated. This child if he doesn't get help now will be worse when he is older. He is a criminal now. He should of been made to clean it all up and put it all back neatly. He should of been made to apologize to all the people in the store. He should be made to pay for what he broke.
or maybe he was just mad or upset?
not everyone has mental issues...
but i do agree, lack of parenting is probably the main reason of this...
where were the kid's parent(s)?
why was he by himself?
did he run away?
but, it's not always the parent(s) fault or lack of parenting... some kids are just out of control when they don't get their way... a parent can do everything right and their child still can be a nuisance and misbehave...
being mad at the guy that took the kid outside wasn't in the wrong...
the people that are racists and spew hatred towards the black guy that took the kid outside are wrong too...

Bad or no parenting is always at the heart of any child like this. You either instill good values into them when they are young or the world will instill bad values into them. If you won't raise your child then the world will and the child they( the world) raise will not be one you will ever be proud of that I can assure you.
