Greetings fellow members,
I 'spose you could consider this as me resigning from my duties as owner and administrator of Lafoona. Joshua has made it very clear in our private boards that he does not want me here anymore, due to a little fight we got in yesterday. I don't care to explain in detail - I'll leave it in the past. I will just get bitched at if I explain anyway, as from his point of view it appears that I'm a horrible, immature and inconsiderate administrator. If that's true, so be it - I don't need a chance to improve. I tried, he denied it. Anyway - I could probably stay around and work on the forum but frankly, I'm tired of the bullshit that Joshua is doing. A brief summary: Yesterday he got very angry, sarcastic and basically what you'd see someone in anger management lessons doing - so typically I became enraged as well. I tried to keep it away from the community; but someone on the forum asked me about the staff applications and I mentioned that Joshua had been bitching. Apparently, that's the end of the world for him.
I have done so much for this forum, as some of you know I am the technical end administrator on this board and take care of all the styles, bugs, modifications and other technical stuff. Joshua doesn't know how to do any of this, but I've tried to teach him. I hope he retained some of it - because I will not be helping him anymore. Although I am resigning and this site is running on my personal vBulletin license - I'll allow Joshua to keep use of it, not because I'm trying to be nice but because I really care about this community and it saddens me this has to happen. He will no longer have access to my support for installing stuff, creating designs nor will he have access to the modification site on vBulletin.org.
In addition, I have to cancel the grand opening contest. If Joshua refuses to have me as his partner and won't let me take a part in this forum I don't see why I should supply my money, my time or my license to this forum. He never planned to pay a cent of the contest, the vBulletin license or anything. He pays a whole $20 a year for the domain & hosting. Not that I ever complained, I thought we were cool.
I will remain here for a couple days to say my final farewells and respond to some things on this thread and in the necessary staff boards.
I wish Joshua good luck, and enjoy your experience with this guy. Thanks for all the good times, guys. Also - no one shall edit my thread.
Joshua will not stop deleting this thread, so he has been temporarily removed for 3 days until you guys can read it. Afterwards, he will be re-instated.
