Katy Perry.

I'm a fan of some of her Music, so it's not a 'jibe' at her, I just don't think that much talent is there. She's given the songs and has a lot of post-production, So is Rihanna but I feel Rihanna has a better vocal range once the production is stripped back.

Have you seen videos of when she sang as a Christian singer? She played the guitar, too, and she was very, very good. Has a wonderfully sweet but powerful voice. Take a look at this video here and you might change your mind about it. Now a days, sure, she's making music that doesn't have much complexity, but she does have a voice on her and you can tell that girl can sing.
