live in a world from a game?

I'm already living in a world that might as well be a game. Observe:
Everyone pretty much acts like an NPC and follows the same predetermined 'home → work → coffe shop → home' route.
When idle, they just stand still and stare at their phones, swinging their shoulders left and right, forward and backwards.
When you try to talk to someone, they (optionally) look at you for a moment, tell you they're too busy to talk right now and continue doing whatever they've been doing.
Your boss occasionally sends you on a quest (read: tells you where to go and what to do there).
You collect and keep valuable currency and other items.
When you're sick, you go to the doctor who gives you an equivalent of a healing potion.
You get experience with each successfully completed task.
