My kids and the folks at work love this.

Small stick of summer sausage
Brick of cream cheese
Mexican sour cream
Water
Optional* minced hot peppers of your choice and/or hot sauce

Its pretty simple, the first thing is I chop the sausage in a blender till its in small chunks and remove from blender. Then put the cream cheese and a few spoonfuls of Mexican sour cream, blend adding water as you go to lighten the mixture. I don't measure many times so I taste as I go till I get the flavor I like.

Once done put it in a mixing bowl and add the sausage ( also the spicy ingredients if you like it spicy ) mix it all together and your done!

Its best to leave it sit in a covered bowl so the flavors have time to mingle a bit.

Sounds delicious and would be great with tortilla chips.

Thank you so much for sharing this recipe.

It is great, also cool and creamy. Elk summer sausage works best.. Deer would be good too.
