Has anybody taken out a loan? This could range from a mortgage to a paydown loan. What was the interest (APR), and how much is the total repayable? I try to avoid them and instead save at least 20% of my income on a monthly basis.

I don't have any loans at the present time.

I have used loans in the past for business ventures but I try to stay away from loans as much as possible and use investors.

I haven't taken on any loans but I am still young so I guess that may change in the future. My aim in life is going to be to try and avoid any necessary debt so hopefully, I won't have to take out any loans

LOL!

I have a mortgage, Car loan, and a Line of Credit :P.

My mortgage is down to 21 years left of its 30 yr amortization period (yay)!
My Car loan is paid off next January 2022 (YAY!)

Loans for paying things that devaluate overtime is never something good unless it's at least a car.

Anyway, the situation is now critical.. people won't take much risks to take a huge loan so no, i won't be taking any for a good time.

In my entire life, I never dared to take any loans. I prefer to spend or save my money to use. I cannot afford to be in debt, as I have seen with some of my friends.

I hardly take loans because it comes with high interest. But typical loans here come st a rate of 20% interest
