Chino Moreno and the Deftones. I starting to listening to him and his band when I was 14 / 15 years old. I find enjoyment in listening to their songs back to back. I've had girlfriends get annoyed with me over my obsession with the band. Their music is a masterpiece.
Definitely Evanescence, Linkin Park and Savage Garden.. those three bands have gotten me from my very late teens to my early 20s.. and they likely kept me out of prison..
I learned that there is much better ways to process anger that don't involve slamming someones head into a brick wall until there is nothing left..
Like listening to the music that accurately conveys the mood you are in and allows you to process and express that anger and letting it go without being arrested for murder.
