I make English Muffin Pizzas. They are fast and easy to make.

The last pizza I made was in a 9x14 pan, had three kinds of cheese, three types of meat, onions and mushrooms, and weighed about three pounds when complete.

I started out mixing the dough, and browning the meat, and went from there. It took about an hour to do.

And it was very good.
