How do you earn Member of the Month?

*deadpans* Its' a long and laborious process....

Easiest way to become MotM is (a) being a regular poster on the board, (b) being of good friendly cheer towards others and (c) being respectful towards other forum members/staff.

Usually after about a week into the current month staff will throw up potential MotMs' based on the factors above and so long as nothing changes much, usually our first picks are the ones who become MotM's. And before you ask: no, we don't normally discuss the sausage-making that goes into it either out on the public-facing side of the board.

The Lifetime Achievement awards are self-defining: they go to long-running members of the board (usually past MotM's but not always and the Staff Member awards are for staff who go above/beyond their regular duties.
